White Harley with both kick and electric start, fat boy rims .. one totally classic bike.
The shovelhead was fine tuned by the 1970's enhancing both its power and performance. Unfortunately government regulations during the 70's created a limit on the amount of power that Harley could design this engine with. While it didn't help the novice rider, the creation of the FLH Electra-Glide Package boosted power but maneuverability was challenged by this package that was also referred to as the Police Option.
The Shovelhead was produced with the following options:
FLHFB - Electra Glide Super Sport with foot shifter
FLHB - Electra Glide Super Sport hand shift - - FLFB - Electra Glide foot shift
FLB - Electra Glide hand shift
FLHF - Super Sport foot shift
FLH - Super Sport hand shift
FLPF - Super Sport Police foot shift
FLP - Super Sport Police hand shift
FX - Super Glide
FL - Electra Glide
